This site

joinronde.com sets no advertising cookie and no cookie for statistics: the only cookie it sets remembers the language you picked. It counts its visits with Umami, which runs on our own server, stores no personal data and counts nothing when your browser asks not to be tracked. Our servers keep technical logs (address, page, time) for up to thirty days, to keep the site running and secure. When a page fails, an error report goes to Sentry, also on our own server: the technical error, the page and the browser, never what you typed.

The launch list

Before Ronde opens, you can leave your email address on the home page. We use it once, to tell you that Ronde is open, then delete it. It is never shared.

Ronde in the cloud

When you use app.joinronde.com, we keep what you put in it (accounts, workspaces, meetings, check-ins, minutes) to provide the service, and nothing else. Your workspace's content is never sold or used to train models. We count how the app is used with Umami, on our own server and without cookies: the addresses it sees have the names of workspaces, meetings and people removed. Error reports go to Sentry, on our own server, without your content.

Who else handles data

Stripe handles payments for paid plans. An email provider sends sign-in links, invitations and reminders. When a workspace turns on the AI assistant or transcripts, the text or sound concerned goes to the provider that the workspace picked.

Your rights

You can see, export, correct or delete your data. Write to hello@joinronde.com and we answer within a month. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

On your own server

A self-hosted Ronde sends us nothing: no telemetry, and the license key is checked offline. Its administrator is responsible for the data it holds.
